There are a few names out there for this type of service, the main ones being Integrators, DBM (Digital Business Manager) and OBM (Online Business Manager).Over the past 2 years at </onTheRoadCoder>, I've been providing services in a niched capacity. I'm now offering an OBM service, which massively uplevels the extent that I can help you to build your online world, here's how it works:
There's a lot I offer as an OBM, but in a nutshell:
Project Management - Overseeing, structuring and planning launches from start to finish.
Operations Management - Overseeing the day to day smooth running of your business by ensuring you're on the right platforms for communicating to your team and your clients.
Team Management - Overseeing your team (including you) of va’s / developers / designers / copywriters etc to ensure tasks are set for the right person and completed on time.
Metrics Management - Overseeing stats tracking to see what is and what isn't working in your business, helping you to strategise and market correctly.
I offer a free 90 minute call up front to understand more in depth about you, your business and how things are running. Then I get set on your project launches from either your ideas, or what we have planned together. We have weekly calls / as and when needed then another free 45 minute call at the end of each month to cover how things are going overall. In the background I keep on top of your team for you so you can concentrate on your own business tasks / ideas.
I'm available 10:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 10:00 - 13:00 on Fridays where you can reach me directly through our agreed communication hubs. I offer up to 20 hours in a calendar month. Required additional hours are subject to availability.
No. To provide you and your business maximum value, I offer my services on a contractual 3 month basis. Each month is paid upfront within the first week with any additional hours invoiced at the end of the calendar month.
Yes, however once booked, I make space in my calendar just for you. So in the unlikely event you do decide to cancel my services there is a cancellation fee.
If you already have a small team / looking to build one, have a mountain of business related tasks that are stacking up, have ideas for business launches and growth but not sure how / don't have the time to see them through...then yes you need an OBM.
I worked for 12 years in the British Army which gave me a lot of experience working with different personality types under high pressured situations. I'll be able to work with and communicate to your team efficiently through your business HQ and if needed, I'll set this up for you.
